What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept everything that makes your shopping easier Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal.
What form of currency do you use?
We would have loved to even accept diamonds and precious jewelry as our pieces are equally valuable but till we are able to crack that, kindly stick to the currency enlisted above for your orders!
Will I be charged tax?
Our products have no additional taxes. But charges or fees may be applicable once the courier touches foreign shores. Kindly check for the rules and regulations of your country as we may not be able to provide this information.
How long will it take to process my order?
It takes up to 24 hours for us to process your order and get it out of our door on its way to you.
What is your return/exchange policy?
We are all about making you happy. If you want a refund or want to exchange for any other item you have got , we request you to do so within 14 days. Most importantly, please ensure that the product has not been used, worn or washed before being sent back. Once we recive the package back and discover the product to be as fresh as it was the day we shipped it with all the components in place, we would give you a refund which would take up yo 10 business days or exchange as per your choice. But ensuring the product reaches us in good condition is your duty in case of a return.
How do I return a product?
1. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your Order No., Items to be returned and reason. 2. Wait for the Return Confirmation from us by email. 3. The reverse pick-up label will be generated and emailed to you. Kindly print the document (4 pages) and paste the 1st page on the box neatly and handover the remaining 3 pages to the agent of the courier company. 4. We will arrange for a representative of the courier company to pick up the product from you. Kindly keep the parcel ready and packaged as you have received it with all the tags and original packing intact.
What if I would like to revise my order?
We understand choosing between our products can be hard so if you change your mind there is nothing to worry about. You can revise it but please do so before it leaves our safe house.
What if I would like to cancel my order?
That would be highly unlikely but in case of an unforeseen situation, just inform us before it leaves our safe house. But only if you must!
How can I check the status of my order?
As soon as your order is shipped out, we will email your shipping confirmation and tracking number.
Where do you ship?
We ship anywhere you want us to with the help of our super efficient shipping partners – FedEx. In case you are in the process of shifting beyond Earth to the moon or even Mars, we are sure we will find a way to reach you even far and beyond.
What if I return my order, will you refund shipping charges?
If you want a refund for some reason (highly unlikely) you have got it! It takes upto 10 business days to process a refund.
